Industrial Motor Resource is an online database of industrial motor manufacturers and distributors that also offers a list of motor related services and information. Industrial Motor Resource provides users with two unique search options; The Industrial Motor Resource Directory and Industrial Motor Resource Search Engine.

From the directory section homepage, the user can browse down to the desired category (e.g. servo motors). Where location is often a concern (e.g. motor distributors), the user has the option to sort that page by state and/or province. Each listing contains editorial information specific to that category as it pertains to the directory section. All listed establishments are linked to the appropriate section (when possible) of their website, again, as it pertains to the directory section.

The search engine aspect of the site is represented by the search box contained on every page. Here the user can search for very specific information. The search engine generates results from pages within websites contained in the Industrial Motor Resource directory.
