Their 3509V and 3609V Series 0.9° steppers have a step error of only ±1.5 arc minutes at 1/64 microstepping.

Ametek Technical & Industrial Products supplies MAE hybrid stepper motors for a range of applications. Its Y series is ideal for high speed applications while the N series is ideal for great acceleration and the S series is ideal for maximum torque and micro stepping.
