Anaheim Automation

Anaheim Automation was founded in 1966 as a manufacturer of turnkey motion control systems. They now offer servo motors, brushless DC motors, DC brush motors, AC motors, drives, controllers, gearmotors, gearboxes, couplings, brakes, tables and linear guides that can be purchased as printed circuit boards, modular or as integrated motor/driver/controller units, and driver packs.

  • in 12V Permanent Magnet Motors

    Anaheim Motors offers Small 12 V DC Motors in 1/2, 3/4 and 1 HP configurations. Motors come in sizes ranging from 20 to 52 mm, they have torques ranging from 0.08 to 576 oz-in., volts ranging from 90 to 180 DC, and a 0.625" shaft diameter.

  • in AC Motors

    Anaheim Automation offers AC induction, AC synchronous, and industrial AC motors. AC induction and synchronous gearmotors are also available. Their induction motors offer torque of 5.38 to 122 oz in, with eight varying sizes from 60mm to 100mm, 110 vac or 220 vac, 1800 rpm.  These motors are round bodies with a square mounting flange, self-starting, and reversible. Synchronous motors: 28  to 708 oz-in (with maximum torque of 1841 oz in), motor lengths from 2.6 inch to 5.9 inch, 60 Hz, 72 RPM 110 or 220 vac. AC industrial motors: 220 or 380 vac, 1634 to 1710 rpm, torque 170 to 602 oz in, length 7.1 to 8.9 inches. These motors are CE certified.

    Anaheim Automation offers brush DC motors in a variety of configurations, including: Standard PMDC w/Gearboxes, Small DC, PMDC w/Spur Gearboxes, PMDC w/Planetary Gearboxes, and 56C Frame PMDC. These motors have body diameters ranging from 20 to 90 mm, nominal voltages ranging from 1.2 to 230.0 V, no load speed RPMs of up to 26100, continuous torques of up to 4166.22 oz-in, and shaft diameters ranging from 2 to 23.8 mm. Anaheim Automation also offers DC speed controllers for over-current/short-circuit limiting protection.

  • in Brush Permanent Magnet Motors

    Anaheim Automation manufactures small brush permanent magnet motors ranging from 20mm to 52mm in diameter. Available as 1/2 HP, 3/4 HP, or 1 HP models, the motors can provide torque up to 288, 432, or 576 oz-in. The motors are used with power pulleys, belts, pumps, and water heaters.

  • in Brushless Motors

    Anaheim Automation develops brushless DC motors, drivers, and gearmotors. Suited for velocity control, their brushless DC electric motor features a torque range from 0.7 to 900 ounce-inches, NEMA sizes 9 to 48, round body, square flange, and square face. Suited for harsh or humid conditions, their IP65 rated sealed brushless motor feature a torque range from 0.7 to 900 ounce-inches, NEMA sizes 23 and 34, protective shaft seals, and up to five stack lengths.

    Anaheim Automation provides brushless motors in ten sizes from NEMA 9 to 48 and torque range from 0.7 to 900 oz-in as well as sealed brushless motors in only NEMA sizes 23 and 34 and brushless motors with integrated speed controllers in NEMA size 17 and 23. Brushless gearmotors include brushless motors in NEMA sizes 09, 11, 17 and 34 with planetary gearboxes and NEMA sizes 23 and 34 with spur gearboxes.     Anaheim Automation offers several types of industrial electric motor, including stepper, brushless DC, brushed, AC, servo and more. Their AC electric motors include induction and synchronous types with torque from 16 to 5,664 oz/in, sizes from 60mm to 100mm, power outputs up to 1400 watts, fixed speed of 72 RPM with a power input frequency of 60 Hz, and fourteen different gear ratios.

  • in High Torque AC Motors

    Anaheim Automation offers high torque AC industrial motors for OEM applications. These motors have input voltages ranging from 220 to 380 VAC, motor speeds ranging from 1634 to 1710 RPM, torques ranging from 170 to 602 oz-in, and up to 750W rated power. AC motors can be ordered with foot (leg) or flange mount options.

  • in High Torque Stepper Motors

    Anaheim Automation offers high torque square stepper motors, including IP65-Rated, Specialty-Type, and Integrated Stepper Motor-Driver-Controller packages. These motors have torques ranging from 4.2 to 5,700 oz-in, NEMA sizes ranging from 08Y to 42K, a 1.8 degree standard step angle, lengths up to 9.2", and 4-8 lead configurations. Other features include: special stepper motor windings, shaft modifications, conduit boxes, and the following adders: brake, connector, encoder, cable, and gearbox.

    Anaheim Automation Inc. manufactures AC induction motors and single-phase AC induction motors for 1 watt to 150 watt OEM applications. The company's AC induction motors feature an input voltage of 110VAC or 220VAC, and can be customized to have a clutch or brake.

    Anaheim Automation offers over a dozen series' of in-line planetary gearboxes designed for motion control applications requiring moderate or minimal backlash and stiffness. Torque ranges from 54 in/lbs for the GBPA-055x-CS Series to 10,488 in/lbs for the GBPH-180x-NP Series. All planetary gearboxes are designed to fit NEMA motors.

    Anaheim Automation's line of right angle gear motors are available in sizes from 40mm to 120mm, and with gear ratios ranging from 3:1 to 512:1. Ideal for redirecting power flow, the motors provide torque up to 36,816 ounce-inches and feature backlash of 5 arc-min.

    Anaheim Automation manufactures AC servo motors, servo drives/controllers, and servo motors with integrated drives/controllers. Their 200-1000 watt medium inertia AC servo motor offers torque from 273-4,064 oz-in, maximum speed of 1,500-4,500 RPM, and flange sizes of 60-130mm.
